This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all registrations, purchases, and payments made on Game of Titans, operated by UrbanRootss.
1. No Refund Policy
All payments made for event registrations, participation fees, or any related services are strictly non-refundable, except under specific circumstances mentioned below.
2. Event Cancellation by Organizer
If an event is cancelled by Game of Titans:
Participants may be eligible for a full or partial refund
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
Processing time may take 7–10 working days
3. Event Rescheduling
If an event is postponed or rescheduled:
Your registration will remain valid for the new date
No refunds will be issued in such cases
4. Participant Cancellation
If a participant cancels their registration:
No refunds will be provided
Registrations are non-transferable unless approved by organizers
5. Failed or Duplicate Transactions
If payment is deducted but registration is not confirmed, please contact us
Duplicate payments will be refunded after verification
Refund processing may take 7–10 working days
6. Payment Gateway Issues
Game of Titans is not responsible for:
Payment failures due to network issues
Delays caused by banks or payment gateways
7. Force Majeure
No refunds will be issued in case of event cancellation or delay due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters
Government restrictions
Pandemics or emergencies
